Czeck Republic euThe Czech Republic's appeal against EU rifle bans is prepared
The Czech Home Secretary of the Czech Republic, Mr. Milano Chopanec, said in his Otazky interviews that the text of his country's appeal against the recently revised EU Firearm Directives, now notoriously known as "EU guns ban", has already been finalized: It is damaging to Czech people. This is worsening the psychologic environment in comparison with the rest of Western countries. I believe it is completely illogical to disarm the Act at a historic time when the rest of the rest of the world is becoming less and less secure.
Czech Republic has one of the most free arms legislation in mainland policy, with a high number of hidden licence owners in relation to the EU averages. The Czech Republic is also one of the most secure EU member states, with some 180 killings per year, as against 690 in the Czech Republic and 720 in the UK.
In the whole of the Czech Republic's entirety there has been only one bullet that could not be prevented because there has been no efficient communications between municipal governments, public healthcare agencies and criminal prosecution: Czech legislation stipulates that anti-social behavior or an instable state of mind requires the abandonment of all firearm licences and confiscation of arson.
The Czech people value the possession of arms as a sign of the liberty they have gained after centuries of Soviet domination, and the acceptance of the EU rifle bans has triggered a surge of protest in the last few days and even more in the last few month. Mr President, Mr President-in-Office of the Council, Commissioner, ladies and gentlemen, Mr President of the Commission, Mr President of the Commission, Mr Chovanec also wanted to emphasise that there is not a known case of a criminal who commits an assault in Europes possession of a weapon that has been acquired lawfully;
yet the new EU firearm legislation - which the EP has enforced in its assistance in the midst of breaches of procedures and using obviously falsified information - limits only the markets for legitimate sports, game and defence weapons that seriously violate the Member States' domestic security, and does nothing against the penetrability of the Union's external frontiers, which allows smuggling large amounts of arson.
It is likely that the time limit for lodging a complaint with the ECJ against the new EU firearm legislation will expire on 7 Aug 2017, but the Czech authorities will act much sooner. While it is not yet known whether other EU member states will or will not be supporting the case, arms proxies - such as the Firarms Unite networks - are likely to provide active assistance if they are given the opportunity to do so.
Deadlines for bringing an action before the ECJ expire on 7/08; will the Luxembourgian courts defend the law-abiding people of Europe against the abuse and tyranny of the ECD?
