Model building and amateur exhibition

Ausstellungsveranstalter, Büro: V 0l?inách 2300/75, 100 00 Praha 10, Tschechien, Umsatzsteuer-Nr.: 458009470 CZ (weiter nur DART). Juristische Personen oder Einzelunternehmer, die an der ACTION teilnehmen (im Folgenden nur AUSSTELLER). 3.1 Der EXHIBITOR schickt an die ACTION den ausgefüllten Antrag an DAZ. 3.2 Für den EXHIBITOR erstellt die Firma DueRec die Rechnung über die Anzahlung gemäß Ziffer 4.1.

3.3 Nach Bezahlung der Vorauszahlungsrechnung kommt das vertragliche Verhältnis zwischen der Firma DueRec und dem Austeller zustande und DueRec erklärt die Mitwirkung. 4.1 Der EXHIBITOR bekommt die erste Anzahlung für die Bezahlung der beauftragten Flächen in folgender Höhe: 4.1.1. 30% bei Lieferung der Anwendung bis zum 30. 4. 2018, 4.1.2. 50% bei Lieferung der Anwendung bis zum 30. 6. 2018, 4.1.3. 100% bei Lieferung der Anwendung nach dem 1. 7. 2018.

4.2 Nach Zahlungseingang erklärt die Firma des Ausstellers die Beteiligung an der Auktion. Danach erstellt die Firma DueRec eine Abrechnung über die zusätzliche Bezahlung der beauftragten Flächen, einschließlich eines möglichen Rabatts auf die Miete der Flächen. 4.3 Die zugeteilte Standfläche darf vom Austeller nicht an Dritte verpachtet werden.

Hierfür ist der Ausstellende für jede weitere Firma (weiterhin nur für COLLECTOR) zur vollständigen Bezahlung der Registrierungsgebühr des COLLECTOR verantwortlich. 4.4 Wird die gesamte Grundfläche nicht bezahlt, kann die Firma DueRec vom Kaufvertrag zurückgetreten werden. Die Konventionalstrafe wird vom Ausstellenden gemäß Ziffer 6 bezahlt. 4.5 Sofern der EXHIBITOR die Leistungen (technische Anbindung, Standaufbau etc.) in Auftrag gibt, erstellt er 3. eine Vorauszahlungsrechnung für die vollständige Bezahlung dieser Leistungen.

Ausstellungsbereich, Grundausleuchtung und Beheizung der Messehalle, Feuerschutz, Reinigung im Freien, generelle Nachtüberwachung des Ausstellungsgeländes, Toilettenbetrieb und Promotion der ACTION. 5.2 Der Austeller ist berechtigt, die ihm aufgrund der Registrierung zugeteilte Standfläche für seine Präsentationen zu nützen. Falls der EXHIBITOR eine nicht ordentlich bestellte und bezahlte Standfläche belegt, ist er zur Zahlung von Kosten für die Ausstellung vor Ort und Barzahlung fällig.

5.3 Die Teilnahmegebühr des AUSSTELLERS beinhaltet: Einbinden der Basisdaten in das Auskunftssystem ACTION, Ausstellerkarten (EXHIBITOR bekommt 2 Ausweise für Messestände bis 10 m2 und weitere 1 Ausweise pro angefangener 10 m2, die Höchstzahl der Ausweise pro Messestand liegt bei 20 ), 10 Honorareinladungen für Geschäftsfreunde und 5 GBit/s WiFi-Verbindung mit einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 1024kbit/s.

6.1 Der Ausstellende hat sämtliche Forderungen an die Firma DueRec zu dem in der Abrechnung genannten Termin zu begleichen. Bezahlt der Ausstellungs- bzw. Messeaussteller den Fakturabetrag nicht bis zum Fälligkeitstag, so hat der Geschäftspartner eine Konventionalstrafe von 0,1% für jeden Verzugstag des nicht bezahlten Betrages festgelegt. 6.2 Für den Falle, dass der Ausstellende seine Beteiligung an der ACTION widerruft, hat der Teilnehmer die Konventionalstrafe oder Stornokosten ausgehandelt: 6.2.1.

6.2.2. 100 % des Mietpreises der beauftragten Standfläche bei Absage der "Registrierung" durch den Austeller in weniger als 2 Monaten vor der Veranstaltung. 6.2.3. 7.1 Der Austeller darf keine brennbaren oder strahlenden Materialien, Explosivstoffe, Gifte oder andere schädliche Substanzen weder auf seiner Standfläche noch auf einem anderen Ausstellungsgelände unterbringen.

Die EXHIBITOR ist zur Einhaltung der einschlägigen Vorschriften für Technik, Feuer und Sicherheit verpflichte. Für den Untergang, die Vernichtung oder Schäden an Exponaten, Geräten und der Aufstellung von Messeständen, Waren, Verpackung und Verpackungsmaterial auf dem Ausstellungsgelände haftet die Firma nicht.

EXHIBITOREN werden ersucht, alle Demonstrationen und die oben genannten Unterlagen für sie und ihre Sammler während der gesamten Zeit ihres Aufenthaltes auf dem Ausstellungsgelände gegen eventuelle Risiken zu sichern. 7.2 Wenn der EXHIBITOR seine Erzeugnisse betreibt, muss dieses Verfahren so abgesichert und abgesichert sein, dass der EXHIBITOR keine Gesundheits- oder Sachschäden bei den Messebesuchern, den nachfolgenden EXHIBITOREN oder dem Gelände und der Firma Darts anrichten kann.

EXHIBITOR ist befugt, seine Erzeugnisse auf der bestellten Stelle zu bedienen. Für den EXHIBITOR, der seine Erzeugnisse außerhalb der beschränkten Ausstellungsflächen einsetzt, kann eine Geldbuße von bis zu 2.000 Euro verhängt werden. 7.4 Die anfallenden Honorare für die Aufzeichnung von Musiktiteln auf Messen trägt der Austeller selbst.

8.2 Die Plakat- und Bannerplatzierung sowie die Verbreitung von Drucksachen oder anderem Bildmaterial ist nur nach Rücksprache und Genehmigung durch die Firma DueRec zulässig. Die nachträglichen Aufträge für Leistungen können vom Kunden bis zu 100% des Rechnungspreises in Rechnung gestellt werden. Zahlungen sind an den Ausstellenden in Bargeld zu leisten.

9.1 Der EXHIBITOR ist befugt, den Aufbau und andere Leistungen im Rahmen der Standausstattung bei einem durchführenden Unternehmen zu erteilen. EXHIBITOR hat das Recht, seinen eigenen Messestand und seine eigene Ausrüstung zu nutzen. Hierüber ist der EXHIBITOR zu unterrichten. 9.2 Elektrizität, Trinkwasser und Internetanschlüsse können nur zu einem festgelegten Zeitpunkt vor der Promotion bei uns geordert werden.

9.3 Die Höchststandhöhe einschließlich der Boards ist 3 m, Abweichungen sind nur von Seiten der Firma DIART zulässig. Die Standfläche muss den brandschutztechnischen Bedingungen entsprechen. Bereits in der Projektierungsphase gefundene Geschossebenen müssen zur Freigabe bei der Firma E. S. A. eingereicht werden. 9.4 Die Ausstellern, die den Standaufbau bei der Firma DueRec ordern, werden ihre Bestellung bis zu dem auf dem Formblatt genannten Termin aufgeben.

9.5 Die für die Standmontage verantwortlichen EXHIBITOREN stellen dem Veranstalter vor dem 14. 09. 2018 (Frontansicht und Grundriss) die bindende Projektierung des Messestandes mit allen senkrechten Herrschaften und Unterlagen einschließlich der Ausrichtung des Messestandes innerhalb der gebuchten Fläche mit gekennzeichneter Elektrizitäts- und Wasserzufuhr zur Verfügung. 9.6 Bei Nichtzustellung der entsprechenden Unterlagen vor der erforderlichen Fertigstellung drohen dem Ausstellenden eventuelle Schwierigkeiten im Hinblick auf den Realisierungsstand im Zuge der beauftragten Bereiche und eventuelle Folgeschäden im Bereich der Elektrizitäts- und Wasserver- und -entsorgung.

9.7 Der EXHIBITOR oder das beauftragte Unternehmen darf den Messestand nicht vor dem Ende der Promotion abreißen. Sollte der EXHIBITOR vor dem Ende der ACTION abreisen, wird eine Vertragsstrafe von 50% der Gesamtmietfläche vereinbart. 9.8 Der EXHIBITOR ist für die Standfläche und alle von ihm angemieteten Geräte zuständig und ist am Ende der ACTION zur unversehrten Übergabe gezwungen.

Schädigt der EXHIBITOR die Standfläche, das Ausstellungsgelände oder das Leihgerät von DueRec, so ist er zur Zahlung des vollen Schadens an DueRec berechtigt. Weitere Veränderungen sind nur bindend, wenn sie von beiden Parteien schriftlich vereinbart werden. Jegliche Beschwerde des EXHIBITORs gegen den Hersteller und seine Zulieferer während der Montage und des Aktionslaufs muss dem Projektmanager des DARTs in Papierform oder seinem Bevollmächtigten bis zum Ende der Maßnahme vorgelegt werden.

EMPLOYER will send the duly filled out registration form to Deart. The STANDARD shall issue the MANUFACTURER with the preliminary invoices according to point 4.1. Upon receipt of the deposit, a contract is formed between the ART and the CONTRACTOR and the EXHIBITOR acknowledges the CONTRACT.

Exhabitor receives the 1. prepayment for the ordered area, i.e. in the amount of: 30 per cent by submitting the bid to Directors of the Board of Directors by 30 Apr 2018, 4.1.2. 50 percent by submitting the proposal to GDART by 30 Jun 2018, 4.1.3. 100 percent by submitting the resume to Directors after 1uly 2018.

Upon receipt of the first down payments bill, GART confirms attendance at ADVENT to the CUSTOMER. Thereafter, no later than the second instalment will be issued by the company to pay for the rest of the ordered area, as well as any discounts on the rental of the area. Invoicing of the entire area ordered, which includes the application fees, is the definition for the allocation of the area ordered.

The allotted areas may not be rented to third parties. The CONTRACTOR will in this case be liable to a full application fees for each further business (hereinafter referred to as CO-EXHIBITOR). In the event that the invoice in advances are not settled on time, there is a violation of the agreement and GART is entitled to rescind the agreement and to claim the payment of the fine according to clause 6.

In the event that the CONTRACTOR orders the servicing (technical connection, fittings or booth design etc.), the third preliminary bill for the full amount will be issued by the CUSTOMER. The rental fee for the space is stated in the registration form. The rental fee depends on the area and is calculated for each ordered sqm.

CONTRACTOR is obligated to reserve only the room ordered for his exhibition. In case the CONTRACTOR takes up the area not ordered, he is obligated to settle this area on site and in cas. Excibitor's application fees include: entrance to the information and guidance system of Events, exhibitor´s passes (Exhibitor receives two certifications for one booth up to 10 sqm and then another for every 10 sqm of leased area, the total number of certifications for each booth is 20), 10 volunteer invitation cards for clients and Wi-Fi connections in the 5 gigahertz area at a top rate of 1024kgbps.

The CONTRACTOR undertakes to settle all bills within the period of maturity indicated on the bill. If the CONTRACTOR does not settle the amount of the bill by the due date indicated on the bill, the contracting partners shall stipulate a contract fine of 0.1% for each default date from the date of non-payment.

If the CONTRACTOR cancels his/her attendance at ADVENT, the amount will not be refunded and will remain with ADART as a contract fine or cancelation fee: 6.2.1. In case of cancellations after 30 Jun 2018, a contract fine of 50% of the ordered area is due, 6.2.2. In case of cancellations less than 2 month prior to the start of the course, a contract fine in the full amount of the hire charge will be due.

CONTRACTOR shall not stockpile or use any flammable or non-flammable substances, explosive substances, toxins or other non-healthy substances on his premises or on other fairgrounds. CONTRACTOR is obliged to comply with the applicable fire protection and safety rules and standards. There is no liability on the part of the ART for lost, destroyed or damaged exhibits, stand, goods, packing and packing material of the exhibiting companies on the trade show grounds, regardless of whether the lost, destroyed or other damages occur during the course of assembly, transportation or at the start of the trade-show.

In the event that the STANDARD will operate its product, this facility must be secure and secure so that the STANDARD can´t causes damage to the visitor's or the nearest EXHIBITOR's own safety or damage to the visitor's belongings or to the nearest STAND or to the properties of the Fairgrounds and Darts. Expibitor may operate its goods on the ordered area. EMPLOYER who operates his product outside the specified display area may be fined up to EUR 2,000.00.

Costs for recording a piece of art at the exhibition shall be borne by the STANDARD. Instructions from your local security and security staff should be followed. The placing of bill boards, posters and a banner as well as the dissemination of print or other material is only permitted with the agreement and consent of the DJ.

Once installations have started, the changes requested by the CONTRACTOR in the order of provision of engineering and design of the exhibition space will not be made before the other CONTRACTOR has completed the work and service orders duly ordered. These follow-up orders can be charged by the DJD with a markup of up to 100 percent of the estimated prices.

Payments are made in bar by the local issuer. ExpoBITOR has the right to order booth building and other related booth furnishing from any contractor. ExpoBITOR has the right to use its own booth and its own equipmen. CONTRACTOR is obligated to notify CART.

Power, plumbing and web access can only be ordered from DEALER at a specific time before the show. Max. booth heights, incl. billboards, are 3 metres, except for those permitted by DJ. The booth must comply with fire safety requirements. Floor levels that are already in the phase of the projects must be presented to GART for permission.

EXHIBITOR who order the exhibition booth building at DATT, submits their inquiries by the date indicated on the appropriate date sheet. Those exhibiting the booth installations themselves will present the mandatory projections of the booth to the German Aerospace Center (DART) before 14 Sept. 2018 (front and floor plan) with all perpendicular dominant features and advertising panels as well as the booth alignment within the ordered area with signposted power and watertowering.

Failure to deliver the relevant documents on time could lead to possible complication in the realisation of the exhibition booth within the ordered area and possible resulting costs in relation to power, sewage and waste/sewerage. CONTRACTOR or the authorised firm is not entitled to disassemble the booth before the end of the exhibition.

In case the CONTRACTOR begins with the dismantling or exits before the end of the fair, the contracting partners agree on a contract fine of 50% of the total rent. CONTRACTOR is in charge of the area of the fair and all rental material of our company and is obligated to deliver it undamaged at the end of the fair.

In case the CONTRACTOR has damaged the area of the fair, the fairgrounds or the devices rented from GART, he is obliged to fully reimburse GART for the damage. Any complaint by the CONTRACTOR against the Organiser and its vendors during the course of installing and running the Events shall be presented on hard copy to the Head of the Projects of the EVENT or to his delegated representative by the end of the same.
